Multilingual Support Specialist (m/f/d) – Dutch Speaker

Evaluating and documenting technical issues raised by Dutch-speaking clients via phone and email

Handling user concerns with a focus on speed, clarity, and satisfaction

Reviewing incoming cases and ensuring accurate data tracking

Supporting the client experience by offering reliable resolutions in every interaction

Dutch at C2 level and English at B2 level

Comfortable using digital tools and modern communication channels

Affinity for both structured processes and customer-focused work

Prior experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus

Ability to manage time independently, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs

Open to learning new technologies and contributing to continuous improvement

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
