Content Moderator (m/f/d) – Back Office & Quality Review

Your Responsibilities

Reviewing and evaluating online content according to client guidelines
Assessing reported potentially inappropriate or offensive postings
Ensuring compliance with service and quality standards
Back-office work only (no phone support or customer calls)
Contributing to a safe and positive user experience in the digital space

Your profile

Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level, written and spoken – mandatory)
Very good English skills (required for training and international communication)
Strong ability to quickly understand and apply guidelines
Good decision-making skills and sound judgment
High awareness of cultural, social, and political contexts in the German-speaking region
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system
Full-time availability (minimum 35 hours/week)
Residence in the greater Dortmund area

Attractive monthly salary package: Total: €2,680 gross per month
Additional shift premiums:
- +25% night shift allowance (10:00 PM – 06:00 AM)
