   + additional Individual monthly performance incentive of up to 150€
   + 40% shift allowance for hours worked on Sundays and public holidays
   + 50% shift bonus for working hours in the night shift (10 p.m.- 6:30 a.m.)

Your Role

• You have a direct influence on reducing hate, bullying or racism postings
• You review reported inappropriate posts and remove them
• You evaluate content according to a predefined guideline
• Your goal is to always work to a high quality 

Your Profile

• No German required; but fluent Czech/Slovak and English Skills

• Got a EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany

• You are able to work in rotating shifts (24/7) at the office

• You are a team player and enjoy working in an international team 

• High awareness of popular trends, cultural and political situation
