for customer support

Your tasks

  • Customer service and communication after the sale

  • Maintenance, repair and spare parts management

  • Complaints handling and guarantees

  • Complaint Management

  • Management of master data and product reviews

  • trend analysis

Your profile

  • You have fun and enjoy telephone customer service
  • You live within commutable distance to the town of Dorsten
  • You would like to be part of a large and international team
  • You are willing to work in shifts (early and late shift)
  • You are reliable and have a solution-oriented mindset
