We support our customer, an international technology service provider, in the search for motivated employees as social media content moderator (m/f/x).

Your tasks

Evaluate content based on our client's guidelines and policies
Reviewing user-made reports that flag offensive postings
Back office (non-voice) support
Ensuring a quality experience for all users according to our client's terms of service

Your profile

Fluent business language skills in the languages English (B2-level) and Dutch (native language)
Ability to work in flexible shifts 24/7
Being a team player and willing to work in an international team
High awareness of the cultural and political situation in the market/region you will be supporting
