As a personnel consultancy, we have been placing and hiring long-term specialists and executives for our attractive customer companies for 20 years.
We are currently also looking for employees (m/f/d) who would like to work from their home office. Our customer is a global service company that is currently looking for team support throughout Germany.

You have perfect knowledge of the englisch language and at the same time have good knowledge in one of the following languages

You enjoy working in a service-oriented manner

You say of yourself that you have very good knowledge of spelling and grammar

You are well versed in handling the PC and in using Microsoft Office You would like to work from your home office

You already have experience in dealing with customers (sales/office or similar) and/or you have already gained home office experience
your area of responsibility
- In the future, you will take over customer support via social media, email and telephone
- You accept master data changes and manage the customer database
- You look after our customers and help with questions about licenses
