Senior Expert Wind Energy After Sales Technical Operations (m/f/x) (engl.)
Job description
- Development of after sales products and services for monitoring and asset optimization for wind turbines and wind farms
- Conceptualization and implementation of courses of action in case of technical challenges
- Support of external communication in case of technical incidents during operation with customers, experts and authorities
- Analyze reliability of wind turbines and focus on optimization and development of upgrades
- Design and development of End Of Life solutions
Your qualifications
- You are a technician, master craftsman or completed studies in a technical field of study or industrial engineer in related fields, such as energy technology or mechanical and plant engineering
- Professional experience in service and/or customer support of technically related systems
- Exemplary customer and service orientation coupled with creativity and strong business acumen and personal responsibility
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP an advantage
- Good German and English
