Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ensure the delivery and upkeep of the portfolio to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify both explicit and implicit customer needs through methods such as Customer Segmentation and Voice of the Customer initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze industry and market trends
  • Maintain a roadmap informed by market and customer insights, as well as strategic objectives
  • Drive exploration of New Product Development opportunities through thorough Business Case evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Product Master Specifications
  • Integrate modern technologies, such as digital and alternative energy, to enhance product offerings
  • Lead projects globally from feasibility assessment to market launch
  • Develop compelling sales and marketing content aligned with value propositions, working closely with the communication team
  • Provide product training to sales teams, support staff, partners, and customers as needed
  • Offer basic technical support on products and applications
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market share
  • Maintain engagement with the market through Customer Centers, assisting with sales and promotional activities as necessary

Ihr Profil

  • Technical or Marketing degree with relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency in Asphalt business, applications, and products is advantageous
  • Hands-on experience in design thinking/customer-centered design
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders across various levels
  • Demonstrated track record of business acumen and results orientation
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; proficiency in setting up SharePoint environments is beneficial
  • Expertise in digital services development is advantageous
  • Customer-focused and collaborative team player
  • Flexible and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Skilled at building networks and possessing strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in analytical thinking, organization, and strategic planning
  • Willingness to travel regularly
