The offer

An unlimited assignment in the project + planned takeover e.g. after the probationary period

After the induction phase there is the possibility to work in the home office (equipment will be provided if required)

A bonus of €200 after the *successful* induction phase of around a month

Within the opening hours from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. there is the possibility to work part-time or full-time

Your Profil

You can communicate easily and seriously in German and English

You do not shy away from telephone customer contact and keep track of your tasks even in stressful situations

You have no problems working with the PC and the usual systems there

You describe yourself as discreet and empathetic

You are able to work in a team and can be used flexibly throughout the day, even filling in at the weekend is no problem for you

For home office work, you have a workplace where you can work in accordance with data protection

They will be available to start with us from February 1st, 2023
You live at a commutable distance from the place of work
Your tasks
- During the induction phase, you will receive intensive full-time training

The main activity consists of advising and supporting customers in German and English

You handle applications, transfers and other services offered on behalf of customers

You provide information and assistance, for example on using the customer portal

You make appointments with other consultants and keep them up to date
-
You take over the maintenance of the customer database and the constant updating
