On behalf of our customer, an international technology service provider, we are looking for motivated candidates (m/f/x) for an International Customer Service Agent position
Your tasks
- First contact person for the clients customers
- Response to customers inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
- Support of private or business customers via email and chat
- Acquisition and maintenance of customer data, master data and transaction data
- Clarification of customer inquiries, comprehensive advice to customers regarding on various topics (telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, fashion and lifestyle)
Your skills
- Excellent Dutch language skills in both speaking and writing (CEFR at least C2)
- Basic English skills
- Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner
- Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
- Affinity for technology, combined with an interest in various topics (telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, fashion and lifestyle)
- Solid PC skills (browser handling, MS Office)
- Sufficient typing skills
