Your tasks

  • First contact person for the clients customers
  • Response to customers inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
  • Acquisition and maintenance of customer data, master data and transaction data
  • Clarification of customer inquiries, comprehensive advice to customers regarding payments 

Your skills

  • Excellent Dutch language skills in both speaking and writing (CEFR at least C2)
  • Basic English skills
  • Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner
  • Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
  • Interest in E-Commerce and topics like payment transactions
  • Solid PC skills (browser handling, MS Office)
  • Sufficient typing skills
