Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)




We are looking for a communicative and service-oriented Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) to support our international based purchaser as soon as possible.


In Addition you speak at least two of the languages fluently:

English, Spanisch, Italian, German or French

Your tasks:

  • Consulting clients from E-Commerce and Customer Service by phone or E-Mail in the respective language
  • Recognition and strenghten the customers interets in purchasing and turn their interest into phone orders
  • Cross-selling and up-selling to increase the average sales basket
  • System-side acquisition of all incomming phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations und refunds
  • Support customers during online orders
  • Answering customer requests regarding repair status, prices, facilities and technical explanations
  • Execution of complaint management


  • You do have professional experience in a customer care or Call Center related job
  • You speak at least two of the languages fluently (English/German/Spanish/Italian/French) - Ideally you do speak English fluently, German on a first level skill and Spanish or Italian fluenty
  • Your language skills are just as good in writing

  • You are based in the Hamburg area

  • You do have a strong customer orientation and are able to speak in an appopriate manner

  • You have worked with the MS-Office programms before

  • You are able to keep calm even in stressful enviroments
