On behalf of our customer, an international technology service provider, we are looking for motivated candidates (m/f/x) for an International Customer Service Agent position.

Your skills

  • Excellent English language skills in both speaking and writing (CEFR at least C2)
  • Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner
  • Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
  • Affinity for technology, combined with an interest in various topics (telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, fashion and lifestyle)
  • Solid PC skills (browser handling, MS Office)
  • Sufficient typing skills

Your tasks

  • First contact person for the clients customers
  • Response to customers inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
  • Support of private or business customers via email and chat
  • Acquisition and maintenance of customer data, master data and transaction data
  • Clarification of customer inquiries, comprehensive advice to customers regarding on various topics (telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, fashion and lifestyle)
