On behalf of our customer, an international technology service provider, we are looking for motivated candidates (m/f/x) for an International Customer Service Agent position.
Term of employment: Full time or Part time
Place of employment: Münster (Westfalen)

Your Tasks
• Support of business and private customers via phone, email and chat.
• Acquisition and maintenance of customer data, master data and transaction data
• Clarification of customer inquiries, comprehensive advice to customers regarding on the products (telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, fashion and lifestyle, banking)
Working hours: Monday until Saturday (8am-9pm), full- and part-time possible
Your Profile
- Excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing (CEFR at least C2)
- Basic English skills
- Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner
- Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
- Affinity for technology, combined with an interest in various topics (telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, fashion and lifestyle, banking)
- Solid PC skills (browser handling, MS Office)
- Sufficient typing skills
