On behalf of our customer company, an international service provider located in Münster, we are looking for qualified customer service agents (m/f/x).

Your tasks
- Answering inbound customer questions and inquiries by phone, chat and E-Mail about topics like marketing campaign management, customer accounts and invoices
- Carry out call-backs
- Taking responsibility for specific customers to increase their loyalty
- Pro-active management and optimization of customers' web campaigns
Ihr Profil
- You speak portuguese fluently (at least C1 level)
- Good knowledge of the english language (B2)
- You are solution- and service-oriented
- While dealing with customers you show good communication skills and always behave friendly and courteous
- You are able to prioritize and be flexible even in stressful situations
- Good computer knowledge (especially Microsoft Office) and general technical affinity
