Customer Service Agent (m/f/x) - English/German

You do not need any prior banking knowledge for this project. Thanks to intensive training courses, lateral entrants are also very welcome

Your tasks

  • Telephone receipt of customer concerns in German and English
  • You manage and maintain the customer data in the IT system
  • You take over the appointment management
  • Upon request, they support and advise customers on all aspects of banking



The service hours are: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00 o'clock


Your Profil

  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and very good knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
  • Ideally, you have already worked in customer care
  • Pleasure in lively customer contact by telephone and a high level of service
  • Good and quick comprehension
  • Experienced handling of common PC programs
  • You do not have a current garnishment of your salary and a non-entry certificate of good conduct
